j118 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to j118. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and j118 ("j118", "us", "we", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the j118 website, mobile site and all products offered under the j118 brand including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and any other products that may be added to the platform over time.

By completing the account registration process on j118, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any j118 product or service.

These Terms should be read together with the j118 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and j118.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use j118 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j118 is strictly an adults-only platform. Minors are not permitted to register, deposit or participate in any j118 product under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily and using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or at the direction of another person for the purpose of circumventing any restriction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement that covers j118 or its products at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

j118 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your time as a registered player, including at the time of a withdrawal request or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active j118 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. j118 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, and any duplicate account identified will be closed. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your j118 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any other actions taken while logged in to your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by another person who accessed your account.

Your account login credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person for any reason. j118 will never ask you for your password. If you receive a message claiming to be from j118 and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team.

j118 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so for any legal or compliance reason. In such cases j118 will communicate the reason to the extent permitted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j118 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j118 does not apply currency conversion charges — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, and the amount you withdraw is the amount received in your payment method, subject to any applicable processing times or minimum thresholds.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. Available methods may change over time as j118 updates its payment integrations.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your j118 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer. j118 processes withdrawals to the same method used for the original deposit wherever this is operationally possible.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• j118 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that belong to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• j118 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have concerns about the legitimacy of the funds or account activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

j118 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented to you. These specific offer terms form part of the overall agreement between you and j118 and must be read alongside these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on j118 unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your j118 account balance but may be held in a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement amount and eligible games will be specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared.
• One bonus per promotion per player unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• j118 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet subject to a wagering completion will be removed from your balance.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through unusual betting patterns, arbitrage or abuse of multiple accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

j118 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on j118:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation and j118 is not responsible for odds displayed briefly before a technical refresh.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. j118 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.
• All cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. No claims will be accepted based on unofficial sources.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be settled according to the j118 settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and market type.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• j118 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a clear pricing error, system fault or where the integrity of the market is in question.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same individual leg settlement rules. If one leg is void, that leg is removed from the accumulator and odds recalculated.

7 Casino & Games Rules

j118 offers Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and other casino-style products. These games are operated by third-party providers whose own game rules apply to each individual game title in addition to these Terms. The following general rules apply across all casino products on j118:

• All casino games on j118 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics certified by the game provider. j118 does not control individual game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game title and are displayed within each game interface before you place a stake.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot spin, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server result. j118 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Any game malfunction voids all game play and returns stakes. j118 will credit voided stakes back to your balance in accordance with the provider's malfunction policy.
• Fish Games on j118 are skill-influenced games where the outcome depends on player targeting and in-game mechanics. As with all real-money games, winnings are possible but so are losses — including your full stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j118. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed. j118 reserves the right to forfeit balances and void bets or winnings associated with prohibited conduct.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to place bets, access the casino, or interact with the j118 platform in any way that is not through normal manual use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other multi-player game format to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the j118 platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under false identity information to claim bonuses, evade restrictions or circumvent account closures.
• Attempting to access j118 systems, databases or infrastructure in any unauthorised manner.
• Sharing, publishing or misusing any j118 content, data or material in violation of the Intellectual Property section of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the j118 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds displays and any other material — is the intellectual property of j118 or its content and technology providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j118 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any j118 content without prior written permission from j118. Scraping of odds data, game results or any other platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

j118 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j118 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, reliability or fitness for purpose of the platform or any product offered on it.

• j118 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or funds arising from technical faults, server downtime, network interruptions or force majeure events outside j118's reasonable control.
• j118 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to a Terms breach.
• j118's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits j118's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

j118 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the platform. How we collect, use, store and protect your data is explained in full in the j118 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and j118.

By registering on j118 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to j118's legal obligations to retain certain records.

12 Responsible Gaming

j118 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Every j118 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools from the first login:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit to control how much you can add to your account in a given period. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you how long you have been logged in and actively playing.

Your continued use of the j118 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
